To be eligible for the Certified Pre-Owned Program all models are no more than 5 years old and travelled less than 120,000kms. This is to ensure that every model available is of the highest standard and that our customers are confident in knowing they’ve made the smart choice when buying a Volkswagen through our program.

Extensive inspection

Before a vehicle can be certified under the Pre-Owned Program, our skilled technicians carry out thorough inspections and test drives of every used vehicle. Any faults identified are then fixed using only Volkswagen Genuine Parts.

One of these checks is an extensive 114-point inspection, which includes full mechanical, electrical, interior and exterior checks, as well as a complete road-test. To guarantee full transparency these results are detailed in a written report which is available for assessment on any pre-owned vehicle.

Minimum 1-year Limited Warranty

Just like the experience of buying new, a minimum of 1-year warranty is included on every Volkswagen in the Certified Pre-Owned Program. So, you can be rest assured knowing that if the unexpected happens you’ll be covered.

Free 1-year Roadside Assist2

Complete peace of mind knowing you’ll be covered anywhere in Australia, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for a minimum of 12 months with Volkswagen Roadside Assist. This includes breakdown and recovery services all-year round, at home and on the road. As well as 24-hour assistance, emergency accommodation, car rental and towing.

With the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Care Plan, your second and third scheduled services are covered, which includes the cost of parts, labour and fluids required to complete each service interval. The best part is our skilled technicians will only use Volkswagen Genuine Parts, so you’ll know your vehicle is in safe hands.

If purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle that is between 3 to 5 years of age, you are eligible to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Essential Care Plan which covers your next 2 or 4 services.

If your Certified Pre-Owned vehicle is under 3 years old and has completed its first and second scheduled services, you are eligible to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Essential Care Plan from Griffith City Volkswagen.
