You are eligible to purchase a Volkswagen Care Plan1 if your vehicle has not yet had it first scheduled service and is no more than 15 months old with less than 22,500 km on the odometer with the exception of:

  • MY18 to current Crafter vehicles and MY21 and MY22 Amarok vehicles which are 30,000 km/15 months; and
  • ID. 4, ID. 5 and ID. Buzz which are 37,500 km/27 months.
  • MY25 to current Transporter and eTransporter vehicles which are 37,500 km/15 months.

4. Service Initiated Roadside Assistance (SIRA) can take up to 48 hours to be applied to your vehicle. SIRA membership is provided by by 365 Assistance Pty Ltd ABN 59 160 076 200 trading as ‘365 Assistance’ (‘365’). Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your SIRA membership, you will be making that request to 365 Assistance, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions available at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners-service/service-repairs-parts/roadside-assist.html. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.

App-Connect is compatible with selected apps and the latest smartphone versions of iOS and Android. Active data service is required. For USB connections, a connection cable is sold separately. For wireless connections, App-Connect features wireless Apple CarPlay® and wireless Android Auto™.
