1. Volkswagen Care Plans are available for purchase at https://www.volkswagen.com.au/en/owners-service/service-repairs-parts/care-plans.html or from participating authorised Volkswagen Dealers for Eligible Vehicles and cover standard items as contained in each scheduled service interval only. The service intervals occur every 15,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first) for all models except:
a) MY18 to current Crafter vehicles and MY21 and MY22 Amarok vehicles, which are scheduled to occur every 20,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first) ; and
b) ID. 4, ID. 5 and ID. Buzz which are scheduled to occur every 30,000 km/24 months (whichever occurs first).
These Care Plans can only be purchased prior to the first scheduled service and up to 22,500 km/15 months (whichever occurs first) for all models except:
a) MY18 to current Crafter vehicles and MY21 and MY22 Amarok vehicles which are 30,000 km/15 months (whichever occurs first); and
b) ID. 4, ID. 5 and ID. Buzz which are 37,500 km/27 months (whichever occurs first).
The timeframe takes effect from the New Vehicle Warranty start date. Discount structure varies by model. For details of what is not included in a scheduled service, please refer to the program terms and conditions.
2. ServiceXpress is available at participating Volkswagen Dealers only. ServiceXpress servicing within 60 minutes applies to select services scheduled to occur every 12 months/15,000 KM (whichever occurs first) for all models except MY21 and MY22 Amarok vehicles, which are scheduled to occur every 20,000 km/12 months (whichever occurs first). ServiceXpress is not available for Crafter vehicles and Volkswagen battery electric and plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. On certain models the transmission needs to be serviced (usage/time based), which can take an additional 30 minutes. Any additional work required, may incur extra costs and time. App-Connect is compatible with selected apps and the latest smartphone versions of iOS and Android. Active data service is required. For USB connections, a connection cable is sold separately. For wireless connections, App-Connect features wireless Apple CarPlay® and wireless Android Auto™.

Factors including but not limited to driving style, road and traffic conditions, environmental influences, vehicle condition and accessories fitted, will in practice in the real world lead to figures which generally differ from those advertised. Advertised figures are meant for comparison amongst vehicles only.
