Aftersales Consultant
Griffith City Volkswagen is seeking a dynamic, friendly and well-presented person to apply for the full-time position of Aftersales Consultant to assist with the day to day operations of their busy Service & Parts Departments. More specifically, this would include handling service & parts enquiries, job monitoring, job costing, invoicing, payment receipting.
Automotive experience isn't mandatory but would be a beneficial tool for the role. Applicants would need sound administrative & organisational skills along with exceptional customer service & communication skills. The ability to multi task and show initiative is also a necessity.
Training will be provided by Management & existing Consultants. Additional external training may be offered once a proven ability is obtained. Above Award remuneration will be based on the candidate’s qualifications & experience, and there is the ability to earn a monthly bonus.
