Vehicle Detailer (full-time)
At Griffith City Volkswagen, vehicle presentation is an essential part of our dealership operations. Our detailing team works closely with the Sales and Service departments to ensure every vehicle is prepared to a consistent, high standard.
Our vehicle detailing services include:
Preparation of brand-new vehicles for customer delivery
Detailing of pre-owned vehicles, inside and out, ready for their next owners
Complimentary vehicle washes for customers with vehicles booked in for service
Cleaning and preparation of customer loan vehicles between uses
Day-to-day standards and processes:
Maintaining a clean, organised and professional detailing bay
Keeping outdoor display areas and dealership grounds tidy and presentable
Communicating clearly with Sales and Service teams to ensure vehicles are ready on time
Supporting smooth workflow during busy delivery and service period
Whether customers are collecting a new Volkswagen, purchasing a quality pre-owned vehicle or visiting us for servicing, they can expect their vehicle to be presented with care, consistency and attention to detail.
Aftersales Consultant
Griffith City Volkswagen is seeking a dynamic, friendly and well-presented person to apply for the full-time position of Aftersales Consultant to assist with the day to day operations of their busy Service & Parts Departments. More specifically, this would include handling service & parts enquiries, job monitoring, job costing, invoicing, payment receipting.
Automotive experience isn't mandatory but would be a beneficial tool for the role. Applicants would need sound administrative & organisational skills along with exceptional customer service & communication skills. The ability to multi task and show initiative is also a necessity.
Training will be provided by Management & existing Consultants. Additional external training may be offered once a proven ability is obtained. Above Award remuneration will be based on the candidate’s qualifications & experience, and there is the ability to earn a monthly bonus.
